Once you’re booked on a cruise, plan your entire vacation from the app. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade beverage packages for endless toasts, and internet packages to stay connected while at sea, though the app is free to use on ship Wi-Fi.
Put together the perfect spa day... or days... and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the arcade, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.
Set sail like a pro
As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.
To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.
Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Find your way around with detailed deck
maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. Track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.
After your cruise, you can continue to track your loyalty status and perks, keep up with the latest and greatest from our family of brands in the video library, and start planning and booking your next cruise. Because we know this won’t be your last!

What’s New
Version 1.53.2
With this release, we added a guest wallet to manage payment methods. We also made feature enhancements, like pinch and zoom on deck maps, improved performance, and fixed bugs. Make sure you turn on auto-updates, so you can keep up with all the ways we improve the app.

To the Main Dining staff, from the entrance who managed to find us a seat quickly. To the Manager, Yitzhak who never fails to check on what else we need during our dining.
To Paolo and Xuming, who exceptionally served us beyond the food we ate but the service way beyond our expectations.
The Guest Service, Ghandhi who assisted us in finding seats for the shows and the gym. Some were already full but finds his own way to get us accomodated.

Bad decisions and lack of information
Royal Caribbean decided to cancel all the shows for those not in suites for upcoming Singapore cruise.
The company is providing contradicting information about upgrade of the stateroom to the suite through Facebook and by phone. It is forcing us to go to the seaport with laggage and children only then providing information vital for our decision making.
Lack of update information doesn't allow us to make a decision to either proceed or cancel the upcoming cruise which is going to be significantly emasculated (no shows, no bumper cars) but with the full price paid in advance.
