All working perfectly again. Excellent app and well maintained
Apple -> Garmin for most not all items
It acts as central data storage for different apps, however if you would like to export from 1 app to another, need to do an in app purchase. Managed to export from Apple Watch to Garmin app for most items except steps. I hope devs will add in the steps export function too.

You can actually already export steps from Apple Watch to Garmin Connect using "Export Metrics" under "Labs (experimental)".
