No notification

I booked for a RydePOOL and I kept checking occasionally on the app if I got a driver already. But still none. Few mins left before my schedule, I decided to check again. Turns out a driver was already messaging me if the ride is confirmed. In the end, the driver waited too long and asked me to cancel. I’m so sorry he waited for nothing. It is also a hassle that I didn’t get to have a ride because the app didn’t push any notification. I receive marketing notifs from Ryde, but why don’t they have notifs for confirmed ride? Boo. You have to manually open the app and check. Bad experience.

I have sent an enquiry form 2days ago regarding my missing credits and I have yet to receive updates till now.

I sent a message on your FB page, it was read however, nobody replied. I commented on one of your FB post, you asked me to PM you guys when my message was already read?? No updates from there on.

I just sent another message again, so please rectify this issue ASAP! It’s been 2days!!!

no customer service

horrible experience from Ryde

1. their driver thinks you owe them everything when you book a ride
2. 7/10 times the driver will cancel on you after accepting the ride. 2/10 times, the driver never turn up. You can get 1 lucky ride in 10 tries.
3. customer service is non existent
4. if you book a ride, they deduct the money from your credit card first even if it has not been accepted by any drivers. DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD FOR THIS APP!

Your company should seriously get out of the market. You are the most horrible ride hailing app ever!
