The app is fabulous and highly addictive! However, the IOS version seems to have bugs to the sounds. Sometimes various sounds disappear midway thru games, or if switched between tournaments, duels and vs mode. Even after resetting the app, the fresh version usually comes with missing sounds here and there. Perhaps can look i to resolving these bugs, otherwise it’s a 5-star app!

The game itself works great, but the leaderboards are flawed... we should be ranked by our average word score or game score, instead of some arbitrary (well, it’s difficult to understand how it’s calculated) score that seems to grow depending on how many cumulative games we’ve played! Then it’s no measure of skill, it’ll just show you who’s been on the app longer, which is a little meaningless. I also wish leaderboards could be national or global, and not limited to your own social circle! That would give us more motivation to play, beat more strangers locally and around the world, and climb the leaderboards. Also, gaining rewards to merely change the look of the tiles isn’t particularly engaging or motivating... I wish there were other more meaningful perks to look forward to, like special matches or something. Our personal stats could be more comprehensive and easy to access, too! It’s also terribly difficult to clear notifications — I‘ve tried everything and still the big red number on my home page!!

The Scrabble is a great game but the waiting time is horrible!! Have to wait for almost 30 minutes or even more for some players to make a move. If you could set a timer like 5 minutes for them to make a move or they will be force to skip. Otherwise they will take their own sweet time. Also some players who joined the game and never make any move and wasting others time. I really enjoy the game but unless you do something effective I don’t think I or a lot of people will be playing this game in the long run. Looking forward to your next version to resolve all the issues.Thank you for your effort.

1. Despite many attempts, no customer service response or action; frustrating chatbot, and the directions for self service are useless because those menu options don’t even exist 2. Only the Classic version has real players; the Go version is full of just robots; you can beat them but it totally kills the experience 3. Too many gimmicks, constant pursuit of ads, it’s frustrating 4. No Ads deals are total fraud, total highway robbery Disgusted. If this is the digital version of Scrabble, what a pity.
