Subscription issues
Great app with so many amazing features I really enjoy using, but the paid premium subscription only works on one device. I can view everything on my iPad, but if I’m traveling and want to check the news on my phone it does not let me, stating I have reached the limit for free articles and need to upgrade to premium. I log into the same account on my phone and when I go into subscriptions to try to fix the issue, it does not let me upgrade to premium again separately, stating this account already has premium. Could you guys please fix this, because I need the app to work both on my iPhone and iPad. Thank you!

Hi, there. Thanks for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. It sounds like an issue caused by the "Hide My Email" option creating a pseudo/alias account. Kindly use only the "Sign-in with Apple ID" option always and see if you are able to access the subscribed content. It should work. Excellent source of Financial News
When it comes to financial news the only source of news is from Seeking Alpha. I have set up many push notifications and email alerts for my portfolio of stocks. I am particularly interested in the Earnings Transcript. I follow several commentators and have benefited from my subscription service.

Bug
I always love Seeking Alpha, it’s a source of real time updates, pre during and post market, very easy to use and has good articles. However, it keeps prompting to get the “new app” and when clicked on it, it leads me to this iOS listing which I already have installed. Hope your technical team can look into this as it’s currently disrupting the usage - I cannot close the pop up and the pop up appears seconds after I restart the app. Thanks!
