n every job that we had for him wonderfully well

Very happy and satisfied with the handyman services I got through this app. The person who came was Andy and till date I have not seen a better handyman than him in SG. All jobs performed very well ! He’s a pleasing and a polite person who knows his job thoroughly well! He’s an extremely skilled and an intelligent person and performed each n every job wonderfully well that we had for him.

Will be surely using this app again n again for other services in the future. I feel by far the best services I got in SG so far !

We are very unsatisfied on the send helper service as they send unprofessional helper didn’t finish cleaning the condo on the paid time and wanted to leave without continue the job, when we call to complain they let her stay for another 1.5 hr to finish the regular cleaning job without any extra, After that they request me to extend the time on the application so the maid can be paid but they didn’t inform me that i am the one who will pay for that delay and bad service once i extended the time on the app my credit has been deducted for another $30 When i request refund they refused saying the don’t provide the service and they are only an application to manage the business and they are not responsible for the service quality they provides. Please take care if u using that app and ensure don’t pay any money unless it worth to.

Instead of trying to find out why this issue happen and how to mitigate further, they just worry to give excuses for their stuff being not straight forward requesting to increase the working hours without letting us know we have to pay for the extra time of their poor quality helpers to do basic jobs

Hi Mohamed, thank you for your feedback. Sorry to learn that the service provider did not meet your expectations and you did not think she was the right fit. Your service provider is highly rated at 4.5+ out of 5 by other customers. All our cleaning service providers are experienced (including hotel housekeeping), background-checked, verified and must pass our onboarding evaluation before they are given access to the platform. We monitor performance ratings and retain only those who meet the required standards. The pace of work depends on the given job scope and condition of the premises at that point in time. When work exceeds the time you booked, you are required to pay the service provider for the extra hours. They need to be compensated for their labour. We work very hard to deliver five-star service experiences to our customers all day, every day. We aim for nothing less than that as we have set ourselves the highest industry standard in service quality. We seek your kind understanding. Thank you.

STAY FAR AWAY!

I am rarely this upset about a company. Have a look at their refund policy and their SendPay Credits. Let us say you book a cleaner for a weekly job and you make a 300 SGD upfront payment. For whatever reason you are unhappy or you simply changed your mind. You want your money back? No chance! The “refund” is in SendPay Credits, which basically means once you paid you will not get your money back, no matter what. Who came up with this crazy policy? In many countries, this would not even be legal. And the 50 SGD off your first booking? Again a scam. It is 5 SGD of your first 10 booking, but they have to be single full-price bookings, not discounted recurring bookings. So even though they advertise 50 SGD off the first booking, it actually is 5 SGD off the first 10 bookings. In my opinion that is at worst a scam and at the very least highly misleading. Of course, do your own research and build your own opinion. I know that there is no way I will book with these clowns ever again. PropertyGuru, you should be ashamed of yourself.
