Bad app with no QA, basic features do not work
Extremely disappointed with this app.
Some of the features simply do not work:
1. The daily graph is the same than the hourly graph - so it’s not showing 24 hours on the screen, but just one hour.
2. The hourly / daily graph is missing a lot of data the graph is still showing yesterday early afternoon (typing this at 8AM the next day)- even after clicking on the refresh button, and downloading new data to the phone
3. The export to csv does not work: I have 3 sensors, for 2 I get empty files, and for the last one I get a file with about 100 records when it should be more than a thousand
So essentially all the features that should allow analysing trends do not work.
The only thing that works is to check the current temperature and humidity, meaning that the product is no different from a traditional LCD sensor - except the price.
Hope the app gets fixed soon.
Export to csv does not work
Can only export the first 20242 data points. Cannot change the dates for csv export
