Font color
The application is handy & easy to use but the font color (light blue) makes the reading difficult
It’ll be good if have an option to change/ choose the font color
Bugs reported are not resolved. Promise to revert is not kept. Paying customer is ignored
I have reported multiple bugs about exporting the data and even though I am a paying customer subscribing to their premium services, they have not resolved it. They have also lapses in their promise to revert on the matter, usually replying to say that they are checking on the request.
They will reply that they have fixed the bug after a while of radio silence, but the issue remains unresolved!
