App crash
The app keeps crashing after I turn it on. I deleted the app and restarted. After I reinstalled, the app still crashed after I signed in.
Disappointing processing speed and follow-up
Invested in a project in early Dec 2020. Paperwork not finalised to date. At first, 3 weeks of extension was asked for. Then in mid Jan, an extension of another two weeks was asked for registration of the company and solicitor. I was compensated with 1.5% rewards for jan and Feb 2021 and was informed dividends should start in end Feb or early March.
The recent check in with them revealed that the usual process takes 3-6 months. Hence the dividend will only be coming in in June 2021.
There is significant processing time where investors are not informed of and causing us losses for the annual yield.
User Friendly and Ease of Using
One of the better platform out there to view what investments there are for my consideration. Looking forward for more updates 👍🏻
