ShopBack IHerb Qoo10 rebates not received
I am a regular ShopBack and the past recent months I have not been receiving my rebates.
1. IHerb: the last 4 order’s rebates email not received and I filed missing cash back. Received a email and that my cashback has been rejected. Emailed back. Ask me to screen shot all the confirmation letter as customer service officer has no access. Ok. Still rejected and that is apparently cos IHerb has credited some other company or that I have click on some other website, edm etc which I obviously did not since this is not the first time I am using ShopBack.
I used to enjoy ShopBack but recent month it has become an extremely hassle and then Rejected.
Shopback rewards are just a scam
Hi there , im using shopback since last year,and i even promote them to my friends, then there was a time a joined there so called refer a friend and have rewards,that time u need to refer the friend in just limited time, im very happy because im one of those people who got the 100sgd rewards it was november 2021, they said that the rewards will be in my account feb 2022. So i wait and wait and wait. Then last feb 7 they have a
Message telling me that my $100 reward was confirmed,but when i wake up in morning at feb 8 they suddenly rejected the rewards without prior notice or without any explanation why?, i tried to reach there customer service but it seems like nobdy cares😩. You know what if you dont wamt to give that reward better dont make this kind of jokes. Are you happy that the people who trusted you,feels like there are stupid for believing u? Hope this matter can be solved.

Cashback doesn’t come
They will state I’ll only receive my cashback in July when I made purchases in May, then August when I bought something in June. So it takes 2 months for Shopee, Qoo10 & ezbuy. I just checked today, 29 July and yet all my purchases in May are still pending only the first was changed to rejected since the stuff I ordered was out of stock and was refunded. And they changed the dates that I can get my cashback all to August. Well I think can just give up, stop waiting and delete the app. Takes way too long, I doubt they even want to give cashback. I’m still at $0.00! Wow, after so long and yet...
And it’s real troublesome and not worth it having to go through ShopBack app just to purchase something and get a few cents cashback that seems to take ages to be approved or probably seems like not even gonna come. Web version is easier with the extension but then the main issue is the cashback.
