Interface
The app is easy to use and interface friendly especially the receipt scanning function which is very intuitive. It will be better if there are more rewards for the shoppers to enjoy.
Don’t bother download this app
The point system is ridiculous. I have submitted so many receipts to gain points but all of them are always pending, pending and pending and I have to contact them before points are credited in, even then, only a few are processed and the rest are still pending till this day. The rewards need to be updated as well. You have the points but there is nothing to redeem. Apart from that, there is also nothing very useful in this app. Might as well just Google for what you want then using this. Don’t see the point of having this app. Totally waste of time.

Hi. u force us to update if not can’t use the app yet u restricted to ios 13.4 and later only. so all using older phone version can’t access the app anymore ? why must u force us to update when we have no problem using it. and keep updating now and then with no difference at all. only worst.
my points are expiring so how? encouraging us to shop at neighbourhood mall yet can’t access to claim. then what is the purpose of this app?
