Menyusahkan dan merugikan
Mulai dari mana ya, bukan cuma simobi sih cuma dari awal sampai akhir masalah semua
- Ikut investasi diajakin sales sinarmas
- Sales nya ilang, ga ada yang follow up, ternyata uda lewat tagihan tahunan
- Itu akhirnya yang nyadar aku sendiri
- Ngobrol sama sales baru ternyata akun dorman
- Benerin akun dorman telepon berkali kali sampai pulsa habis
- Akhirnya berhasil nyambung tapi ditelpon langsung menit yang sama 3x uda itu aja hape di samping tapi ga dering jadi ga sadar, ga ada yang follow up lagi
- Akhirnya cari sendiri dapet buka akun dorman online
- Udah bisa login di web, yey, ternyata login di app error karena multiple device (padahal hape baru uda setahun lewat)
- Telepon customer service katanya masi dorman
- Telepon lagi buat dibukain ternyata uda ga dorman(?)
- Sekarang mau login simobi apps nya ga kasi OTP
Overall, merugikan, kalau ikut investasi sekalian di bank yang lebih jelas saja. Rugi pulsa, rugi waktu, ini investasi kemungkinan kena denda karena bayar iuran tahunan telat
