Overall - much improvements needed to make this app more efficient. What could have been a 10 seconds transaction now takes over a minute. 2 - Please work on the “swipe to place bet”. On iOS, it can easily swipe to toggle between apps. It’s not user-friendly. Too many steps and swipe/press to execute. Please improve on the UI. 1 - Password Manager is not working. It is cumbersome to login. Takes too long to copy-paste password just to login. Security concern as it encourages users to use simple passwords. Please improve on the UX.

The entire app is poorly designed and confusing, making it unnecessarily time-consuming to place bets. Even the 4D boards are limited to only five selections, which is frankly ridiculous. Some functions—such as saving the PDF report—are not intuitive at all. Users have to go through a long, roundabout process before finally figuring out how it works.I have also consistently had unpleasant experiences with their customer service hotline. Whenever I raise an issue, the staff tend to be defensive and are quick to insist that there is no problem. Some have even argued with me instead of trying to help. This gives the impression that there may be internal notes labeling certain customers as “difficult,” which could explain why my interactions with the majority of their staff have been poor.As punters, we are extremely pantang when it comes to unfriendly customer service—whether over the phone or at the counter. Imagine wanting to place a bet and being met with a black face or poor attitude. It completely ruins the experience and confidence in the service.

Why change & break the apps? Why I said that?It was so much easier to use. By easier, I mean I can collectively select, say 4D for 6 draws, ordinary & happily key in the bet number & amount. It mimic the betting slips!Now I have select for EACH bet, the number of draw, the type of of bet, the amount of etc etc.The much much much better previous way allows me to place bets a minute before the closing timeline usually at 6pm. Can you do it with this current bad bad bad way?So do you consider it a convenient or complication? Should it be consider the worst upgrade not for ease of use but just to upgrade to complicate things? Or the aim is to discourage people from using such apps? Why not just discard it totally!

You’re basically forcing users to weaken their own phone security just to use a regulated national gambling app.Most banking apps, payment apps, and government apps already know how to detect actual malicious behaviour without outright blocking legitimate antivirus or security monitoring tools. Yet somehow Singapore Pools treats protected devices as “unsafe” by default.The irony is unbelievable:Users who care enough to install security protection are the ones being locked out. Meanwhile, the app expects people to disable security features just to place a bet. That’s backwards.The message is also vague and lazy:“Jailbroken devices, emulators, or devices in debugging mode” are understandable concerns. But many antivirus, enterprise security, VPN, monitoring, or developer-related tools can falsely trigger these detections even on perfectly normal phones.Instead of:• clearly explaining what triggered the block• allowing trusted security apps• offering proper troubleshooting• or implementing smarter risk detection…the app just throws a generic popup and forces users out.Is this really the standard of a so-called Singapore elite digital service?For a nationally regulated platform, this feels amateurish. Security should protect users, not pressure them into disabling basic protections on their own devices.A proper solution would be:• smarter compromise detection• transparency on what caused the restriction• trusted security-app compatibility• risk warnings instead of blanket bans• a proper appeal or verification processRight now, this doesn’t feel like advanced security. It feels like lazy implementation hiding behind the word “security.”
