Can’t Purchase.
Cant purchase anything for my entryway at the store which means I cant move forward in the game :( dk if it is a glitch or something

Incorrect item charge
Did not purchase any packs from the app and was met with a bill of $2.98 in my Apple Pay 10 days after I’ve deleted the app on my phone. This is very concerning that such a charge was reflected. How was it billed and approved and is our private payment details even safe?

Hi there! This may have to do with the way Apple bundles purchase receipts. If you can write in to our in-game help system, one of our agents can assist you in sorting this matter out :)
It’s not for me
Not f2p friendly, not Asian timezone friendly just like their other games. Reset for daily is 4am lol. Wan push meta, good luck for Asia timezone ppl.
The living room lvl lock behind ridiculous material that u cannot get except by random chance from collab you perform and open in store.
Bath room stuck for days.
Since crossover event ending soon. It’s goodbye for me.

Hey Wolx, we set the daily reset times to be in line with our local time so we have the most number of developers and designers on when the changeover happens. This is to make sure we are able to monitor things as much as possible.
