Great game
Game has a simple concept but will take deceptively long to complete (which is good in my opinion since I really enjoy playing). Great for perfectionists who love honing their skills.
Beware of Rip Offs, slow and Long plane upgrades, and lives are limited!
Game is fun with good interface. Downsides are many: Long time to upgrade each micro component of the plane, plane upgrades are expensive, and once you run out of planes, the free plane offers are limited, even if you paid to remove the ads. Also, you have to play the same stage again and again just to earn enough stars to upgrade your plane (which is a slow and expensive process). Overall, this game was designed for profits.
As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for the plane to re-instate it’s lives. Lives are limited, which means if you crash for about 10-16 times, you won’t be able to play, and you will have to wait an hour for a life to be restored before you can play again. Super Long wait, that’s why I have the time to write this review.
Also another tip: in this game, there is an option to spend $1.48 to buy 5000 stars for upgrades for your plane. Never ever buy it, for you will only regret later the next day when, for the same price, you can purchase 2 times or 3 times the number of stars! This game punishes early action takers so do not buy stars only to be offered something better later.
Good game engine, Shameless cash grab
The immersive game play is commendable, but the game’s level of difficulty should not be exponentially based on upgrading of firepower. The odds are so stacked against a good player that buying credits for upgrades (up to thousands of stars for a barely noticeable upgrade) or for construction time reductions ( up to 75mins for a single upgrade is just ridiculous) is the only way forward. This is unfair. 5 stars for graphics and game interface, minus 3 stars for the unfairness of the game play.
Very disappointed.
