Practical and easy to use
I tried several task managers and thought those apps are confusing. Therefore I like Slack for it is easy to use and practical. Plus it supports other devices, especialy OS X and iOS. Also it is free…
Update breaks UX
Thanks to new update, work pattern is broken. 2-pane and 3-pane interface now jumps randomly between 2-panes, 3-panes and 4 panes. Sizing of panes jumping too.
Earlier, I had Channels on dark background and those needed where bold white. Now I have to read long messages in Activity pane which are light gray on dark brown background and are mostly invisible.

Local time broken
Local time of users, based on their location, is broken. No feedback from Support after 2 weeks. Not acceptable.
