SLAM DUNK from TV Animation 9+

I normally don’t write reviews, but this game is just phenomenal. By far one of the most complete, interactive and fun game I’ve ever played. The developer managed to create a playing style that integrates cartoon and real life physics, its ingenious. There’s plenty of depth to the game as well from skills trees to story mode to ranked games to event specials it’s crazy that this game is brand new. Yes the game crashes during the first hour of release, but that’s probably just the server not being quite ready yet. After that first hour though, I’ve not had any problems with the game and found it tremendously fun and addictive! Great job!

It was fun when you just started the game, but as you progress you will start to realize that this game is a pay to win game. When your opponent cash tons of money to get higher ability stats over you. But thats not all, the key downfall of this game is the teammates you will have along the way during solo ranking. Players who talk big and ask you to pick players to go along with them, only to realise that they are imbecile who does impossible shots. You will also encounter players who simply cant defend at all. Players who intentionally afk. And if you are a competitive player, you are going to know that all these drop your leaderboard rankings and man will it anger you just by looking at all your hardwork go to waste. By the way, the developers and programmers of this game also has a weird and ineffective way of punishing such players, simply because they need them to generate more profits. They go by a “reputation” system in which you start off with 100. And everytime a player does something wrong it deducts by 4, and they can simply climb back up easily. No suspension, no ban to repeated offender. The reason why reporting outcome is so fast is because it is being handled by computer system which automatically deducts the “reputation” if both your teammates report you after that very game.

It started off fun and interesting.. but of late the indiscriminate violation reports is really getting on nerves.. what used to be genuine reports and clearance of poor feedback is now overrun by petty reports and lame old finger pointing for loss of game.. Not to mention an insane increase in players who simply gave up the game 30s into a match.. where is the spirit of never give up.. had to reluctantly give up what used to be a fav past time since the launch…

Though I got a response from the above.. it was almost irrelevant to how the game could be better administrated moving forward. The reply was almost bot-like, the same way it had left the reviewing of appeal and reports of violations to the “system”.. something that was clearly and much better administrated when the game first began.. the lost of human touch was glaringly appalling and sad enough for me to update this review..

If you find that players have violated the rules, you can click the "report" button in the upper right corner after the game to report. Meanwhile, if you have any objection to the reputation warning email, you can click the "appeal" button in the email to let the system determine again.
