One of the best sleep monitoring app

I’ve been searching for a app that automatically records my sleep without me having to tell it. So far this app has been great but there was once when my afternoon nap was recorded as a next day event. Even though the date is reflected correctly but the app just put it as different day.
Other than that. Love it!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE PLS REPLY MY EMAILS!

The App can’t track sleep at all, sometimes it start tracking in the daytime, sometimes it start tracking when my Apple Watch is still charging, sometimes it stop tracking for hours in the middle of the night. You need to manually adjust your sleep time EVERY MORNING.

What is the most disappointing is their customer service, staffs refused to reply my emails immediately when I brought up that I wanted a refund. It’s been two weeks and I sent them tons of emails and they have been ignoring me. Most irresponsible customer service I have even experienced, considering this is somehow a popular app.

Not the most intuitive but works

Its not as simple as the fitbit interface. Although it records sleep automatically when ever you fall asleep, including in the afternoons, it is programmed to note your wake up time based on the sleep schedule you input in your apple health app.
The report interface is chunky and takes a min to download the data from the watch.
Report information is good, but visuals are chunky.
