Useless app
Bought the Samsung virus doctor aircon and was excited to use the WiFi function. However, the app keeps crashing non-stop when doing various things like creating an account or adding a device. Now it’s stuck at a server error. Truly a horrible app that needs a major revamp.
Pls fix crash
Was pretty excited that iPhones could be used to control all my Samsung devices until I realised the app just crashes all the time at log in. I hope it gets fixed unless it's a purposeful stab at Apple products then could you keep us consumers out of all that thank u
Keeps getting error connecting
When I’m connected to my Vacuum Robot I went back to the app and tap Next, afterwards it says error connecting to the server.
Why aren’t you guys fixing the app instead of making more and more products??
