Staff tidak bertanggung jawab
Pertama kali beli barang online dari Sociolla, tapi barangnya pecah dan sama sekali tidak di pakai.
Report ke Sociolla, staff nya tidak update sama sekali sampai ganti 4 staff.
Ke 4 staff nya minta kirim bukti video, yang jelas jelas sudah di lampirkan di email.
Packaging nya sangat buruk, barang rawan pecah tidak di beri warning “fragile” atau hati2 ke ekpedisi.
Intinya not going to shop from sociolla anymore.

Poor CS
CS nya slalu gabsa dihubungi, sudah 4x coba, smuanya gabsa “silahkan coba beberapa saat lgi”. Pdhl kan bisa diterima dulu, dibalasnya nanti jg gapapa, tp ini mau kirim aja tidak bisa.
