Glitches

The game is glitching too much for me
Whenever I try to login most of the map is blurred and I couldnt even use any function from the game nor could i move my character

game developers bad judgement on bug abusers

Firstly 1 Star because game is extremely costly to level up, either you buy stuff or you get killed. If I could put 0 star I would because bug abuser that get more gems they get Scott free without any banned or roll back level which in a user experience is bad and unfair game play.
Secondly their tech support always give same answers and does not resolve issues fast enough to give user a satisfaction answer.
Furthermore bugs on items bought was not given back, if they can delay they delay further with same updates. Even with screen shots as proof.

My advise if you have spare money and time for them to resolve bug then play this game. Else not worth it.

Abusers

Game Developers not taking any drastic measures for in game purchase abusers. Getting free diamonds for not spending a dime, forcing genuine game lovers & spenders to quit.

Further more to their updates about re-rolling of the abusers accounts which are only lip service, no changes were found on those abusers accounts.
<2nd Edit>
The only punishment which they handed out was only deduction of in-app purchase diamonds when the damage has already been done and they are not banning any exploiters account but still letting them live on in the game

With recent cases of the abusers, Soul Land community has started giving this game 1 star in app & Google play store rating. But now they are creating mule accounts to spam their rating back up. So do you guys think that this game will be playable and Long lasting?
