Nice way to manage your expense

I like this tool to manage my expense. It has good charts and currency management features. Also like to customize the icons and categories. Budget across Wallets and categories with feature like hash tagging is awesome!
I appreciate if you also provide feature to hide wallets, like when you travel to a place you create wallet to manage a different currency for the travel. After you finish the travel you can hide the wallet from main page to stay focused.
You can still include that travel wallet for monthly background computation across expenses and income charts but just hide the wallet and show hint somewhere that the wallet is hidden.
If the user travels to same place again, she/he can unhide the wallet again and use it.
Also I like to see monthly and yearly charts by tags.

I saw one performance issue that when switching back and forth your app it needs Face ID again and tried to recompute and loses the last point of scroll position of expense. FaceID can either be used at app start or add a lease time like after every 2-5 min of inactivity.

Rest looks impressive! Pay regular bonuses to your developers and design team, they did a great job.

Missing/duplicate transactions

Ever since this update, most of the transactions were either lost or duplicated, and the ui has become no better than horrible compared to before. Contacted the support team and after a week they restored my data still with missing/duplicate transactions. Contacted them again and a few weeks later they ‘restored’ it by making even more transactions missing/duplicate (missing amount was ~$35 now it’s ~$50 excluding duplicates that I had to manually remove) I have no idea how this app has such high reviews, it’s believable from before but now, no way would it get almost 5 stars, from the bad ui to the extremely slow and unsatisfactory support to literally losing your transactions with no way to get them back unless you somehow know exactly when, how much and what the transactions were for, if so you’re a genius and don’t need this app. (they actually asked me if I knew all of these when I told them about the missing transactions which begs the question of why would I contact support or even use this app if I either somehow remember the exact transactions from months ago or wrote it down somewhere). Other than these obvious major problems, the app is still somewhat useable, thus the 2 stars instead of 1

DBS Singapore Sync results in Duplicates

My recent exchange with customer support (which happens on a weekly basis because of the same recurring issue from DBS Singapore sync) posted below:

I just checked through all of my DBS Singapore txns since the beginning. Dev has deleted the recent txns I marked with #duplicate
However this is becoming an inherent, recurring issue that will re-surface with every sync.
I could sync today, tomorrow or sometime later this week and find myself with duplicate txns from as far back as Feb/Mar/Apr and then we are back at the same process again
Can something be done to address the deeper underlying root cause of this issue? So we don't have to go through this sync-spot-mark-request-delete process everytime a sync is done?

I believe there was a similar case of duplicates which happened with Standard Chartered (SC) Singapore and what was done to fix and address the issue better was to not retrieve Pending txns.
So now we find that for SC bank, txns in deposit accounts are only sync and retrieved in after 30 days from posting date, and txns in card accounts are sync and retrieved in 7 days after their posting date.
That was how the duplicates were addressed with Standard Chartered Singapore bank.

If the issue with DBS is from a similiar root cause, can we request devs to explore this same approach to better address the issue?

Thank you for this review and feedback. We've already asked our bank provider SaltEdge to look into the issue further and according to them, the issue has been already resolved. The old duplicates have to be deleted manually, we're sorry about that. Also, we don't have any other reports that duplicates are still appearing after the implemented changes, therefore, it's most probably related only to your account. 😔 Thank you for your understanding. 🙏
