Unable to access after update

After the latest update, I am unable to sign in with my Apple account. Please help to fix it.

Unreliable

Same as some other users reported. Paid subscription for the app but the app keeps prompting to subscribe. When I try to subscribe (despite app indicating a live subscription), the app states that I have an existing subscription.

Customer service replied once with a standard reply but what was suggested did not work. I responded to the same email to request further assistance but despite repeated follow up from me, it’s just radio silence from them. At least have the courtesy to reply if the customer bothers to write a detailed description of the problem and provide screenshots.

So despite being a paying customer, customer service doesn’t care, app doesn’t work properly, and they have “exclusive rights”. Very unreliable and disappointing experience.

Full of issues

I’m disappointed to say that despite the lovely content they provide, SPOTV Now doesn’t seem to have a dedicated customer support sector to deal with countless of issues that keep cropping up on their app.

First, my paid subscription was wiped out. I had to file for refund from apple to get my money back as no one from SPOTV cared enough to get back to me (not to mention how impossible it was trying to contact them in the first place.) Another time I lost access to the app due to what SPOTV Now labelled as ‘Network Access Error’ when the only error I had regarding my internet connection was with SPOTV itself.

Go ahead if you got time to waste. But my advice is stay away and spare yourself from this headache.
