What the hell

What the hell are you guys doing? My livelihood depends on this app... how the hell am i gonna book my shift if I can't even open the app!!! Tried the website... same thing slow as hell!!! The site keeps crashing.... By the time i open the page someone else has already booked the shift... wake up and do something!!! I need to earn a living

Worst app ever.

Loading takes forever via app & website. And when it eventually stops loading, an error message either appears on the app or the website is frozen. Even customer support staff couldn't provide an appropriate assistance when needed.

Very slow

App developer could you please update the app to make it load faster? It's very frustrating to wait so long for the app to load in order to apply my slot and view my slot. Please look into this urgently!!!
