Credit card Top-up transaction went thru & Starbucks App hang! Feedback app - hang too!
If the app is unstable for creditcard top up transaction, pls remove this option! Creditcard transaction went thru and the app just hang! the top up amount didnt reflect in my starbucks acct! I thought that its just slow. But it had been hours and amount still didnt reflect top up?! How can i ask for refund for this?? Tried to use this app to submit feedback. Tried submiting 4 times! The app is either hang and no response or it just show that verified is expired so this form submission is cancelled. This app is not suitable for payment transaction and a forms submission. Not stable! Now, i have to wait till next working day to call in the main office to ask for refund of my top up amount! Wasting time!
Login error ever since they updated the app
Keep receiving log in error even after resetting my password. I could log in to through the website but not the app. This app was still alright to use but ever since they updated it a few months ago it has been so buggy. My bf even lost his account and the money he topped up :/ customer service said they couldn’t find his account 😪
Unable to add payment method or top up card
Added payment method for Mastercard. Accepted at the bank side but kept loading the message “Your request is being processed.” at Starbucks Singapore app. 10 cents has been charged to card but payment method not saved. Same error when topping up the card. $30 charged to card but kept loading request being processed! This app does not work!
