Seems to not work after update
I had to do a forced update yesterday and logged into the app to just pay for an in store order. Today when I tried to open the app, it had logged me out and i had to log in again - that was annoying.
I previously found the older version of the app slow to load but I put up with it but this version seems worse. I couldn’t actually get the mobile order screen to load at all so I just gave up. I ended up having to wait in line for ages, which kind of negates the purpose of having mobile ordering.
I do hope this gets fixed because I love the app usually.
can’t even sign into the app
honestly such a bad app. i tried to sign up for an account because someone gave me a starbucks card. after setting up the account, i couldn’t log in so i tried resetting the password. BUT EVEN AFTER, I STILL couldn’t get in？talk about how the app allowed me to reset my password more than 10 times using the same password LOL how is it possible that i typed in the same password so many times and it’s still wrong? i thought my account didn’t register properly so i tried setting it up again but it says my email is registered already….. tried resetting password AGAIN but still couldn't get in. for such a big company, the app was obviously not made very well. please fix the issue because this isn’t user friendly at all.
iPhone X Update + Store Card on Wallet
I really love how the app works and etc, but it really needs some update or upgrade.
Firstly, let be updated to iPhone X UI at least! It’s really sad to see that the UI isn’t updated since Sept 2017. And that is more than 6 months!
Also, would love to see that there is Store Card/Pass with the current value or amount of the card in the Wallet app. At least this allows us to quickly make payments and etc, without the need to wait for the app to load - especially if we might own an older device, compared to opening up the wallet - which it would be faster.
