I Used to Hate Meditation!

As an anxiety and depression sufferer, I used to be intensely skeptical of stuff like meditation and yoga. How could sitting down for 10 minutes or stretching a little help anyone in any way with their mental health? Sounded like a waste of time.

Until I downloaded this app, and holy moly. Each track gives me space to breathe, think about myself and calm down - hell, I even fall asleep during some sessions when I usually have so much trouble with insomnia!

I especially love the self-love and compassion tracks, they’ve made me think about loving myself in a way no one has ever before. Comments like “don’t be too harsh on yourself, correct yourself kindly” mean so much.

100% recommend. I’m even thinking of going Premium!

I used to meditate, but they kept playing things that was super similar to each other so I got bored when doing mindfulness. Now I can choose who to speak and I can have a variety of mindfulness talks. I recommend this to everyone who just wants to relax or get their mind off work.

Great guided meditation for all of your emotions. There’s something to calm you down when you are upset, something to affirm yourself, reminding you to be grateful, helping you to fall asleep. I really love this app.
