Outfit glitch/bug
hi there, I love this game but I have a problem, whenever i customize kina's outfit, ingame she gets back to her original outfit I don't know why this is happening but it just happens, I tried another server but the same glitch/bug happens.
Misrepresentation of In-Game Title and Refuses to Refund or Compensate
To everyone out there who's thinking of getting this game, think again. Recently, there was an event for Casslan Master Chef and in that event, multiple titles had a nice emblem/picture next to the title. However, after getting the actual title, it turns out that only a few of the top titles retain their emblem and uniqueness while the rest become plain titles.
I had spent crystals for this event to obtain a First Class Chef title, thinking there would be a golden fork and spoon emblem next to it. Turns out there is NOT. Had I known there was no special emblem for this title, I wouldn't have spent so much time, crystals and other in-game resources for it. I contacted their support to ask for a refund or compensation for the crystals used but they declined, basically implying I was stupid for thinking there would be an emblem next to the First Class Chef title.
I was only asking for a refund of the crystals used and not the time and other resources for it, but it was a flat no. Summoners War has been a game I've been playing for 9 years+, since Sky Arena, and this is what they do to a loyal player. Due to this incident, I have decided not to spend any more money on this game. Hope your team enjoys having one fewer spending player.
