Unable to share
Recorded images or videos are unable to share in the files section
This new version is a lot worse than before.
This current version is much much worse than previous version. One of the problems is that when fast forward or backward, the time shown differ by about 4mins to the actual recorded video. Also used to have alarm alert on my mobile phone whenever there's motion, but it is now unable to activate this function. it's alright to email still picture, but been unable to email & share the recorded video footage. Appreciate your checking to improve the many features.
Wifi and not 4G?
Noticed a review written 2 years ago that it does not allow connection to 4G, but instead only on wifi. Apparently, it happened till now.
Then what is the purpose of using the app to check the surrounding of the house anytime if we’re unable to load the cctv with 4G data?
No app support to contact, and when click, it is linked to a website whereby you need to key in too much details just to get something that could’ve been done right in the first place.
