Technical Difficulties

Sweatcoin management, there’s something wrong with your app. I tried to app on my daily rewards and waited for the ad to appear but it didn’t. It stated something went wrong and I was given the option to retry which I did but the same problem persisted. Pls do something about it, update the app or make any necessary changes to prevent the same fault from happening again. Pls hurry and Thanks! 😭😭😭

We're aware of it and our development team are working on a fix with the ad networks asap! Sorry! In the meantime, it might help to try redeeming the bonuses with mobile data instead of WiFi or vice versa.

Can be done better

Sweatcoin used to be a good app before. Now that u have updated to a newer version, it is good but something is lacking in it. First thing first, where are the reward prizes shown in the marketplace? I do not see it anymore. It only shows the offer of the day and some auctions. Previously, there are 4 rewards shown. There’s a $1000 cash, Samsung Tv, a holiday trip and a featured brand of an item. I think u should have not removed this as these are the one of the great way to show users for their rewards. Plus it wasn’t easy to achieve 20,000 sweatcoins to redeem. And now u are replacing with auctions n offer of the deal only. Please input more ideas for the rewards and do not remove the cash reward. If there is no improvement on this, I would discontinue to use this app as I believe many already did due to few choice of rewards left. Thank you.

Please know that the old marathon offers (which included the $1k) have been upgraded to our brand new auctions feature!
Here, you can bid your sweatcoins on new items every few days, and rest assured, every third auction there will be a gift card between $500-$1000!

Super buggy

Just saw that my app updated 3 days ago (it’s 14 Feb 2024 today) and it’s terrible! I’m not sure what happened to the app, but it shuts down as soon as I open it. There seems like no way to rectify it?!? All my steps are wasted, I can’t convert any even tho I painstakingly walked every bit of my 10K+ steps. I can’t get any of my daily bonus nor any boost cos I can’t get the app to work… I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded the app countless times to no avail. Lost all my walking data with each deletion and yet, when I re-download the app, it just goes back to shutting down each time I try to open it. Total waste of time and my effort to walk or use the app! What is going on seriously? Can someone help and can all my wasted effort be restored back to me???
