Ratings and Reviews
Voice call.
The voice call to Swiggy almost never ever works. The agents keep repeating that my voice is not audible where as my phone and network and calls to other numbers work really good without any issues
Worst food ordering experiences ever
While I never give 1 star ratings, ordering food on Swiggy is truly a disappointment. Their riders are some of the most unprofessional people and they hardly ever deliver orders in time. Their customer service office isn’t great either. Recently one of my friends had ordered ice cream but the rider never showed up so my friend himself went to the outlet to collect. While the outlet was ready to give him the order, the swiggy customer service told the outlet not to do so for the sake of earning their own delivery and platform fees. You’re better off ordering from Zomato or any other aggregator but avoid Swiggy as much as possible.
