Payment: Users confirm the purchase and proceed to payment. Users can manage this subscription and the auto-renewal via their Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Cancellation: Users can manually cancel this subscription via Apple ID > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
Renewal: The user's account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the subscription will be extended for another period upon successful payment.

1. Added support for controlling SwitchBot devices—including Blind Tilt, Bot, Curtain, Curtain 3, Lock, Lock Pro, and Roller Shade—and for triggering Scenes through Widgets on iOS 18.

Good app but have Erik for improvements
I have bought the Switchbot Hub 2 hoping to automate my IR devices such as aircon, fan and tv at home. However, there are limitations which I hope can be easily improved via future updates.
The IR functions are only accessible via the app and Siri Shortcuts. It will be nice and useful to have these IR functions accessible via Apple HomeKit as well. In addition, the IR remote button icons and placement cannot be customised.
Hope the app developer bring these improvements in the next app update.

Lousy lock lousy app and lousy customer service
Having issue with using the lock within a year of using, raised a ticket to them the issue resolved temporarily and come back again. Raised another ticket to them, after few months with all information couldn’t resolve then said should be hardware problem and might be replaced a new one if under warranty. In the end, checked couldn’t replace with a new one then closed the ticket. So it means that the lock *couldn’t be used more than one year*, and the warranty is not covered even though the issue raised after one year of use. And without any further proposal and without any resolution just closed the ticket don’t talk to customer.
Can’t unlock the door via a Siri shortcut
The only reason I’m rating this 3/5 is because the app doesn’t allow unlocking my SwitchBot Lock via a Siri shortcut. Which was the whole purpose of why I was buying this device. Hope they fix it soon.
P.s. another small UI improvement would be to allow setting custom icons while creating a new remote controller in the hub. And giving more flexibility in arranging buttons.
