Thanks Creative. But, head mapping is a very difficult process, need another’s help to do that. Please check if you can use panoramic view of Camera to capture both ears and face.

Just bought the outlier air v2 and wanted to try the software SXFI feature... but guess what? It is not recognized as an SXFI device even though it has connected and playing well with every other media apps. Disappointed as this seems the only way to bring the profile into the listening experience. Without it... it is just another headset... Edited: cannot even access Apple Music... so I am stuck with exactly 1 song to which does SXFI ... this app is so bad in quality I wished I could give no star.
Can’t even open the app

Downloaded it and got excited to use with my new device but can’t even open the app. Crashes whenever I try. Deleted the app, restarted the phone and downloaded again but still same problem. Disappointing. Hopefully Creative fix this problem and I can finally start using it proper and try out the raved SXFI experience. With the latest update released, it still doesn’t work. I guess it doesn’t work with older/smaller phones. I’m using latest iOS on iPhone SE so do note that it does not work with iPhone SE.
Constant crashing when playing back

The new Creative Outlier Gold sounds terrific on the SXFI app. However the app keeps crashing on music playback (about one minute into music playing). I keep restarting the app and it keeps crashing. It crashes less if I keep the app active (keeping SXFI the app on screen and iPhone screen not turning off), but that defeats the purpose of listening to music.
