Point Redemption
I have redeemed 3000 points for paypal in 10 Feb after one month I still didn’t receive my payout I written to them and checked. They wrote back to me and said that they are not using paypal anymore and will refund the 3000 points to my account. After any other two weeks I written to them again they said that they can’t find my record of redemption. I email the letter from them again and they still said that I didn’t make a redemption even I have the proof from them to confirm my redemption
Crap App!
Most of the time, I just spent time clicking pictures of several traffic lights and storefronts but they still can’t verify I’m human. After few attempts I just give up.
When I finally reach a survey and click on the “Start Survey” it immediately shows me the “It looks like you were in a hurry! :(“ message. And all I clicked was to start the survey. It looks like YOUR DEVELOPER was too much in a hurry to release such a total crap app. Stop wasting the consumer’s time!!
Very bad survey setup
The app should have removed all those past surveys which have been closed instead of showing them as available. My app is showing me that I have more than 330 available surveys but nearly all of them are expired survey. How would you expect the participants to know which are the genuine surveys that are still available. Very bad survey setup. 👎👎
