在老虎券商软件手机版多次升级后，“分红”类别被更改为“红利收入”，但现在在“红利收入”中无法查看派息的详细记录。我的需求是，希望在个股持仓中点击“分红”后，可以直接看到每次分红的明细，一目了然。这样，我能够清晰了解这只股票的整体收益情况。这个功能在之前的版本中是存在的，但升级后只能看到总分红金额，具体的明细却无法查看。贵团队建议我在‘资金明细’中查找详细记录，但需要注意的是，对于不经常交易的投资者来说，‘资金明细’中可能会有成百上千条记录，而对于交易频繁的投资者来说，每年甚至可能会有数万条记录。这种查找方式既费时又不便，无法满足用户需求。因此，希望贵团队能够认真听取投资者的意见，对软件和系统进行优化改进，使其更高效、便捷，更好地服务于用户需求。感谢贵团队的努力和付出

Twice my withdrawal got rejected by them with a reason “insufficient account balance” . I have no idea what does it mean when it clearly shows your available withdrawal amount during the withdraw request, and I only withdraw 3/4 of the amount. I have left over cash inside for future use. Tried to contact them through chat, but there is 300+ queue number. Waited 2 hours, managed to chat with him, he gave me the same official statement “insufficient amount” which is stated in the automatic reply email. I asked about more information on this, he ask me call their number. I called, WAIT ANOTHER 3 hours till their office hour going to end. Then 10 mins before their office hours end, one picked up the phone and greet me. Guess what? When I was about to open my mouth to tell her the situation, the line was cut by him. Tried called back again, no one pick up. 10 mins later, off-office hours. What a brokerBest part when I try to process the withdrawal again, it disappeared from the available withdrawal amount. The money still reflected in my cash account, but I can’t withdraw it. Awesome, please be aware of this scamming App. It may look good for the part u started trade, but once u need to cash out. You will face tons of problem when you want to withdraw your money.

USD withdrawals are great if you have a multi currency account, and there are no telegraphic transfer fees charged by DBS Bank. Useful if you would like to keep USD for some reason.

Tiger Brokers Pte Ltd had blocked the buying and selling of $GME and related volatile stocks eg. $AMC $NOK etc on 28 Jan 2021 without prior announcement to their users. This prevents users from exiting their positions while the stock swung around wildly putting them in extremely vulnerable positions. The 'clearinghouse' issue indicated by Tiger Brokers Pte Ltd does not correlate to why the buy/sell button was disable by the backend team intentionally. At the same time, users are experiencing the issue of being prevented from withdrawing their funds from the platform.I was personally affected on the $AMC stock on the 27th in which I was unable to exit my positions due to trade blackouts induced by the platform on selected stocks leading to substantiated losses.Tiger Brokers Pte Ltd had failed to discharge reasonable duty of care within their capacity. This conduct of negligence while being regulated and approved by MAS should be investigated upon as it seem to be collusion with institutions to manipulate the market. Naughty naughty.
