Top-up and Withdrawal issues
App sometimes is glitchy and lags. Quite annoying that you can only top-up in certain amounts (no custom amounts), and the $5 top-up option has been removed. Lowest top-up option is now $10.
As for withdrawal, there is a fee of $2 per transaction. Meaning, if you have $3 in the wallet, you will only receive $1. Charging to withdraw from the wallet is unreasonable - but if it must remain, it should be $1 maximum.
So now I have $1.20 stuck in the wallet, not enough to withdraw, not enough to buy anything. An iced teh (teh peng) is about $1.60. No point using the app.
Loss of fund
I have my top up fund turns zero yesterday… while I was queuing up to buy a kopi at One Punggol my timbre app had logged me out suddenly, so I used grabpay instead. After two hrs later I tried to logged in but found my top up fund inside timbre all gone and the transactions history has all been wipe out instead. Feeling very concern I went to the management office to find out why and showed them my top up bank statement proof, they asked me to email timbre & I had done so. Timbre helped me to resolve this matter in two days time and I m glad I had my fund back n able to use it again. Thanks Timbre team for ur effort 👍🙏👏
Not working and super glitchy
Keeps saying my password dont work, and when I reset already, it says my new password is wrong?? And then when I finally logged in, there is this red error message that keeps coming out and my profile is forever loading. Restarted the app a few times still the same problem. I still have money inside the wallet I believe.
