Not a great experience...
Dance tutorials are not bad but all content is available on YouTube. The tutorials have absolutely no music at all to know which part of the song you are at, you will have to click the link to their YouTube performance. This is very troublesome as you will constantly have to manage 2 tab pages or 2 devices while dancing.
Customer service is not great, started arguing with me when I mentioned about their unclear demarcation of free trial at the sign up page (they apparently have a completely different link to sign up page for free trial which you cannot find if you go to their normal website). Moreover, they mentioned that they wanted to ‘prevent the misuse of free trials’ when I brought this up. Obviously they don’t seem to clearly understand the purpose of free trials. Felt this was quite shady.
If you are interested in solely the dance and don’t mind the constant tab switching between music video and the tutorial , they have pretty good content otherwise.
