Can be improved
Still quite a lot of bugs. There was a dead screen upon a call verification with the agent, no button to get out of that screen. The copywriting can also be improved, it was not clear what to do when login in with existing Citi account (no button to log in with Citi account). Have given feedback to the product team but instead of listening and look into fixing, I was blamed for not reading thoroughly. The app is not very inclusive with too many small font sizes like during the long onboarding process.

Not stable
Apps suddenly logout by itself. Happened every time, login and logout in less than 30 seconds.
Please rectify. No way can do transaction like that.
