Best Marketplace
Good interface, easy to use and understand. Please work on filter for flash sales and others, there are a lot of different things being sold at once. It will be nice to have filter feature, so we can search by category
Beware the customer service and refund policy
You ever heard of an e commerce app which does not care about the customer and just want your money? Thats tokopedia. Beware of the refund policy which is non existant. I received a damaged product “screen protector” from a seller. Customer service kept on asking for proof and to claim a refund they make it difficult by asking you to record a video on an unopened product and its packaging and fill in an extensive form... I was left with a broken tyrex screen protector product. The seller was nice enough to replace it. But tokopedia customer service just wants your money and will not refund you... so basically you buy a new product, but you get a damaged product. Be prepared to write an extensive form that u need to print out and submit .. and prepare proof of how it was packaged. As if this wasnt the sellers job.. bad experience. Dont ever buy fragile products. Tokopedia just wants your money. Customer service wont help your refund...
Almost there
I wish I could give a 5-star but not-redirecting-to-home-page-after-payment thing is really irritating. Also, the tokopedia play page that has no exit button, absolute no no. I have to kill the app everytime it pops up, & I have no idea why it keeps popping up! Also, why is the official store directory not arranged in alpabetical order? I don’t usually write lengthy reviews like this but I do like this app & hopefully you guys can optimise the experience? Kthxbye
