Poor UX

For Disney, expected a much better App Dev. It is good that it allows for Grp booking and management, but other than that it has poor User Experience -- it doesn't even have there attractions reflected in the main map which is rather basic.

Ignore the negative reviews

I must say, this Tokyo Disney Resort app (TDR) is very useful.

Some words of advice: If you want to take advantage of the Disneyland rides, be use to take the Disney Premier Access to make your experience magical.

P.S: 15 January 2024 marks my 1st Disney magical experience.

Unable to log in!

I have previously created an account on the Japan website, but forgot my password. Now that I need to log in again into the app, I am unable to reset password and the one-time Disney account passcode sent to me does not work to help log in. How am I even to make reservations or buy the premier access pass with this screw-up?!
