Process to redeem gift is prehistoric
In this time and age where apps are used we would expect redemption of gifts to be instantaneous but not for Toyota Borneo Motors.
I was there getting my car maintenance done on Saturday where I come across this app and wanted to use my points. So thinking I could just redeem the gift and collect my car at the same time, I used my points.
The e-voucher was issued and I showed the counter staff to collect but guess what. He told me you have to wait for 3 working days even when you have the e-voucher and it says to flash to their staff.
To make matters worst, redemption is only during office hours which end at 5 pm for them. So unless you work nearby, it’s going to be a pain to collect your gift.
