unable to make a phone call using the existing phone app

I hope TPG can resolve this issue and allow us to use the existing phone app to make phone calls instead. It's really difficult to make phone calls if the app isn't working, and if I'm connected to wifi even though 3g is turned on, the phone will abruptly hang up due to the wifi issue. If this isn't an issue, I'd give it 5 stars.

是不是使用这个在国外拨打电话就没有漫游费而是使用的流量？

Hi James18181818, thank you for giving us a 5-star rating and we are looking forward to your ongoing support! On the other hand, SIMBA voice app enables your non-VoLTE device to make and receive regular calls. Meaning, you will still use your plan's allowance or credit to make and receive calls.

Bluetooth headset

Hi SIMBA,

This is a serious matter.

As for a delivery rider we use our call function a lot. It’s very hard and difficult for us rider to answer a call while riding when this apps doesn’t support Bluetooth headset. Each time we need to call someone. Literally we need to remove our helmets and answer the call. It very2 tedious.. This app is suppose to make our life easy not difficult. So please have the Bluetooth headset enabled and I’ll give you guys five star .. As off right now . I’m sorry one star… Please think of us delivery rider who on the road most of the time and when customer call us how are we gonna answer the call if this app doesn’t support Bluetooth headset.. Please do something about it
