Insufficient coverage and many grey spots in Singapore.

Just a word of caution about the SIMBA(TPG) subscription. They have insufficient coverage in Singapore and the network can be quite congested. When there is sufficient coverage it is fantastic but when you hit a grey spot, you will have no data.

The roaming plans are great and I actually got a chance to test it out in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. On each of the partner networks, there was ample coverage everywhere except in Indonesia. Good coverage in Bali but zero network coverage in Lubuan Bajo while my secondary work phone with other providers has ample coverage.

The app itself is okay but as someone else mentioned, there should also be an option to use an email+password combo as the OTP may not be received when travelling overseas and in areas of poor network coverage.

User interface and overall service

In my opinion, it is going fine for me as I had 2 lines.

Pros:
- Easy to top up online if wanted more airtime or data.
- Billing system seems to stable now as compared to initially.
- When ever billing due, it will email to inform and once paid will also email again to inform which suit fine for people with busy schedules like me.

Cons (more like suggestions to improve):
- Having the option to allows us to change our details example contact number, emails, address and etc via online. (Because previously need to go down to physical shop than can change.
- Having allows to introduce change of language interface for the App example change to Chinese, Malay and Tamil as some elderly may not know English, more user friendly = more subscribers sign up.
- Can consider combining the current 2 SIMBA app into sort of “super app” as some people may get confused why having the need to download 2 apps.

I understand currently with the low ARPU, having the funds to built full 5G capacity won’t be as fast as the big 3, will keep on supporting SIMBA as so far it fits my family and especially kids for the generous data.

Overall is 4 stars as if the 5G is at full capacity, it will be a 5 star.
