- Online booking will close 2 hours before class commences.
- Members cannot make a class booking at another centre if the class starts within 1 hour after the first class ends. This rule will not apply if the booking is for the same club.
[Unable to cancel Class]
- Online class cancellation will close 2 hours before class commences. Class booking and cancellations will still be available via phone call or centre reception until class commences.
[Online Waiting List]
Vacancy available for online waiting list is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
When a vacancy is available, an email will be sent to all members on the same online waiting list for that particular class. The first member who acknowledges the email will be given the slot.
No email will be sent to inform members that the said vacancy has been taken up. Online waiting list will expire 2 hours before class commences. After which members may want to join the Walk-in Queue at the reception.

Please note that our server experiences the highest booking traffic everyday from 9pm to 10pm.
The respective commencement time for booking for Yoga, Aerobics, and Spinning classes are 9pm, 9.30pm, and 10pm.

The app gives class schedules but I’m unable to actually book classes using the app which defeats the point of having the app in the first place. It would also be helpful if the app remembered your ‘home’ gym.
Terrible, outdated app
You would think that with all the money True is getting from their members, they could at least update their app. This app is slow, outdated and terrible to use with bad interface. With all the new gyms & facilities coming up, nothing is reflected in the app (Chevron is still shown as a gym to book your classes from) and I still have to go online to their website to look for info - doesn’t this defeat the purpose of an app?? It is also so difficult to look for a specific class - there should be an option to go by class rather than just by location. So many, so many ways to improve and nothing has been done. Trulu deeply disappointed in you, True.
User friendly and easy to use. But i am rating 4 stars because even when i standby and try to book very popular classes, the slots are gone within 2 seconds. So had to settle with whatever i can book. But thanks for the app.
