Zigbee multi hub not working in the app
Hi, today I encountered an issue in the app. Zigbee multi mode hub inside the app showed a white screen when opened. Is this due to some update issue? I was not able to access and change settings for the hub. When opening the hub, the app freezes and hangs forcing me to close the app totally. Since my multi hub is compatible with smart life app, the situation is exactly same. Can anyone advise what’s happening here? Thank you for the feedback
Scene limitation
So disappointed tuya has restricted this scene function recently. The app allows china manufacture or rather the client to have more than 50 devices to be marketed worldwide and yet they restricted scene limitation for devices to automated via voice. What a letdown for restricting scene function, this prove that the company don’t have insight that Google Home or Alexa has limitation of these china product for setting automation via voice. The product itself are already lacked of individual setting, without the scene function to automated, it will back to square one like what xiaomi did. If you’re moving onto subscription based for the limitation, just deal with it. Otherwise, you’re wasting time like xiaomi global, opening retail store to market your old useless product.
Singgate digital lock FM025
The app is good but the product that I paired with the app. Singgate digital lock is using Tuya Smart app to control unlock and video call. The model FM025 has battery issue, the battery only lasted a day and went flat. I called the salesman, he was patience at first to guide me step by step to charge the battery but it still drained off the next day. He then referred me to after sales service team. It is a simply battery faulty but they are slow in taking action to rectify. Buy Singgate digital lock at your own risk. I have been going through tremendous stress over the past 1 week. I got to stay home to monitor and charge the battery for 4 hours almost every alternate day.
