No multi-account support

As a business app, there should have been consideration to allow people with multiple UOB business accounts to use the app as a token. The app only allows one account and one token registration and has no other alternative to a digital token other than using this app or purchasing a physical token for $20+ which has a really bad battery life.

Room for improvement

Can be buggy at times. When I log in to the internet banking portal, sometimes the authentication notification doesn’t come through on the app. It would also have been more convenient if they have integrated with the phone facial recognition as what other bank apps did instead of asking user to key in PIN. The app is a good start nevertheless, hope they can make improvements soon.

Thank your for your feedbacks. We would like to get more details in order to investigate the authentication notification issue that you encountered. Therefore, if possible, kindly provide your Organisation ID and User ID by filling up the UOB Infinity survey form located at the UOB Infinity's logout page. Pertaining to the facial recognition function, you can setup by going into "More Services" menu in the UOB Infinity app and scroll down to the "Biometric" section to enable the facial recognition. Terribly laggy when attempt to log in from second device

It’s very difficult to log out from my phone in order to log in via my laptop, my phone app will hang, while logging in from my laptop will keep displaying the error message that I’m logged into another device.

Closing and restarting the phone app, I’m then unable to log in as it now says that I’m logged into another device (my laptop) which I clearly am not.

All in all, a frustrating exercise.
