Great App bur needs more security improvement

i like this app so much compared to others.
In term of security there are many security layers but unfortunately still got somebody able to hack my account because i believe my home router and computer were compromise, luckily they are many security layers so my account is safe.

It should have a ip whitelist/filter where user can optionally restrict. in my case i could not filter the foreign ip that went into my account. look at bittrex, for ex, we can add ip whitelist/filter.

Other functionationalities are great. in spite of being hacked, i still highly recommend this app.👍

Smooth UX

Very smooth user experience. Great that Upbit has support for SGD deposit and withdrawal now. Painless verification process.

Worst ever

I dont normally leave a review though I believe some apps are crap but this app makes me enthusiastic enough to do so sacrificing time in a hope to warn you guys. I had to spend more than a week submitting 10 times to get verified due to awful and user unfreindly interface. Just avoid it if you want to keep you sane and peaceful.

To protect customer assets, we carry out a strict kyc validation. Rejection might be due to the evidence photo not matching the submitted data, or being too blurry or filtered.
