CONFUSING and DISSAPOINTING

1. A worker called RAMESH came and did the aircon once. 1st session was okay. 2nd session he told me to pay for 2sessions, claiming that the 3rd session he will come and do. I waited and waited. I tried calling the company and was told that Ramesh left the company. & then i search ways to type a feedback but how ridiculous once you type the feedback you can't press 'SUBMIT' or 'DONE'. You can never.

2. I then book another service for cleaning of conductor/condenser service. Change my morning shift to night shift so he can get it done because aircon was not working no matter how many times they clean it. The provider called me using a home hotline saying that he is unable to do it because its wall mounted but claims he is under the block. Then why did they accept the booking in the first place. Ridiculous.

No customer support and no reply on over billing

1. No reply at all from overbilling. I wrote in yesterday to check with Urban Company via their Whatsapp channel. No reply received yet. This overbilling is still not solved now.

2. Billing confusions and also, no reply if you answered their question on WhatsApp
- Urban Company used it's Whatsapp channel to send me several texts about me not paying, and asking me to make payment via a link sent through WhatsApp.
- this seems weird as it is shown as pending in my bank record and usually credit card transactions take a couple of days to process. However, the Urban Company staffs kept chasing me for payment, send me another link for payment and did not reply me when I provided screenshots of the bank transaction records.
- this gets repeated almost everyday until the credit card company processed the payment. And when it has done so, Urban company did not inform me that the payment is made. And Urban company never learnt. Everytime I book a service, this happens. This leaves such a bad experience Everytime.
- You really should check the average time normal banking transaction takes, and stop confusing your customer. and worse situation, creating the situation that your customer make multiple payments for one service due to you/ your company not familiar with banking process, and you do not reply to your customers.

Rubbish company doing aircon servicing

Very disappointed with their aircon servicing. As the cleaning for the house was good, I decide to try out the aircon servicing. Totally rubbish. The guy came damage my aircon. Before servicing, no other problems. The moment he left the house, the aircon start leaking on the left side. then urban say will resend the guy to come and redo again. Say they will resolved it. Took 2 days later for the guy to come again. Saying his time slot all taken. Redo it worse. Left and right all leaking. Then he say not his problem already, he don’t know how to repair, he only know how to clean only. Omg he clean until leaking, push to us to settle. Then urban cso also cannot be bother with our complains. Then just push away my request for refund. Cos I had to spend extra money to get a professional to come and repair my aircon. Till now 4 days later no sound no reply from them and suddenly they mark my help centre enquiry as resolved. Horrible service.
