The transcriber works really well. Even when spoken with an accent .

They don’t care after you paid.

The app has potential and can be quite useful, but there’s definitely room for improvement. For instance, there’s no option to rewind or fast-forward recordings, which is a basic feature I expected. I also ran into a frustrating issue where only the first and last 2 seconds of my meeting were recorded. I tried contacting customer support but received no reply or assistance. To make matters worse, when I attempted to cancel my annual subscription, I was informed it wasn’t possible. Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the app and the lack of customer service.

Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify for others reading:

– Rewind/fast-forward isn’t supported yet, but it’s on our roadmap.
– The issue with only a few seconds being recorded usually means the upload was interrupted. This happens when the app is closed or backgrounded too early — we’ve explained this here: https://help.voicenotes.com/en/articles/11640013-how-to-avoid-losing-a-recording-before-it-uploads.
– Support may take up to 5 days to respond — we’re a small team, but we do respond to every ticket.

At least set it as people to use first the function and see is it suitable before going to payment directly
