How to WAAVE at your favorite cash-only retailers:
-WAAVEPay, the fastest way to pay at the counter at cash-only stores. (We love this feature, it is super fast and helps you avoid the ATM)
-For WAAVE Pickup check out the in-app menu, add your favorite items to your cart and hold the red button to order and pay. Show your green receipt at the counter and collect your purchase.

Confusing & frustrating
Merchants list price before tax. Which leads users to top up incorrect amounts before payment. After 2 top ups of $10, the minimum top up is increased to $25. All this means you will inevitably top up more than you can spend. Was only told by Waave staff onsite after I topped up that I could use Apple Pay to pay the exact amount. Whole experience was confusing, and frustrating.

The app has two options and if you follow the in-app messages you should have had a smooth onboarding
The prices you see are as you see them in a restaurant menu. Once you are placing the order it will calculate tax and service charge if that’s what the venue requires.

Convenient and User Friendly
With this app, I can easily order and purchase items on the menu just by using my smartphone! It's so simple and convenient. Definitely helpful when the bars are packed and the waiter/waitresses are too busy to get your orders. Highly recommended! :-)
Great app for getting drunk
This is a great app, if I know I'm going to get wasted, I don't want to carry along many things. I can pay for drinks straight from my phone and I only need to focus on keeping my phone with me, and need no worry about other things like my wallet.
