Life ban on account just because one wrongly purchase

I’m getting a life ban after i make a wrongly purchase in this game and get a refund for it.. lol they can just drop my castle lvl or maybe even get back the item that i hve wrongfully purchaser then just get my whole acc being ban for one item .. i spend close to 1000 and get ban after one item refund cos of wrongful purchase .. better not refund anything in this game if u going to buy it. cos they will just ban u for it even if u spend alots.

game is fun but the payment system is an issue

although they game is fun, it is very difficult if you have a payment dispute .

I got billed for something I didn’t buy and I didn’t even receive what I didn’t buy .

GMs don’t reply you now can you reach out to the developer . The only way is to fill a chargeback .

Remember all your purchases because they can lump it all or add your old purchases and say you bought it. This is very fraudulent in nature.
